Bio

Andrew Dahling is a trailblazing makeup artist coming from the quaint town of Hebron, Kentucky. From a young age, Andrew exhibited an innate talent for beauty and creativity, often drawing ultra-glamorous women and experimenting with makeup in his mother’s absence. His early fascination with 90s NYC club kids and Parisian couture shows ignited a lifelong passion for avant-garde beauty and fashion.

In 2019, Andrew’s career took a pivotal turn when he joined the backstage crew of a Moschino show, an opportunity facilitated by the renowned Kabuki. This experience marked the beginning of his journey as a self-taught artist, which he enriched through years of learning from industry luminaries.

With over seven years of professional experience, Andrew has made an indelible mark on the beauty world. His impressive portfolio includes collaborations with pop sensation Chappell Roan, where he contributed to some of her most iconic moments, and a two-year partnership with the legendary Susanne Bartsch, creating looks that reflect her extravagant persona. His work with BAD MANNERS music videos and other innovative projects showcases his ability to blend creativity with free-spirited artistry.

His recent achievements include notable features in Rolling Stone’s October issue and collaborations with high-profile brands and events, such as Moschino, Diesel, Vogue World, AREA, Luar, the MET Gala, Laquan Smith, Helmut Lang, and The Blonds’ VMAs 2023 performance.
